The Ivory Package

This package is designed for the bride who is need of "Day Of" services. It includes consultations, six week checklist, vendor confirmation 2 weeks prior, vendor check-in 1 week prior to re-confirm and furnish itinerary and maps, developing ceremony and reception itineraries for all parties and vendors, developing room arrangement and seating charts if required.

It also includes informing correct parties of payments due to vendors upon delivery, attendance and direction at rehearsal, supervision of ready rooms for the bride, groom, and their parties, meeting with all vendors at ceremony and reception sites with their orders, provide set up instructions to vendors, pin and distribute flowers and bouquets if required, supervise reception and coordinate events if required, supervise gifts being loaded into a pre-designated car, handle any pertinent wedding emergencies that may arise, and provide a wedding emergency kit for small needs during the day.  Our primary focus will be making your wedding day as STRESS FREE as possible.
